27 February 2012

Having completed the preliminary design for a luxury 45m ‘Super Dhow’ project in India, BCTQ Dubai are pleased to announce they have been awarded the second phase, which includes more detailed design engineering requirements.

Work at this stage includes exterior styling, 3D engine room modeling and a series of plan and layout drawings to accommodate requirements such as piping lay out, cabling and electrical installations and the fitting of various large items of ships machineries, Jacuzzi etc.

From a centuries old, traditional design, the client is seeking to create a fully IMO compliant, seaworthy and luxuriously appointed vessel and, following completion, this remarkable project is expected to be the largest ‘Super Dhow’ category vessel in the world.
